Lead Teacher and Forest School Co-ordinator
Kate
Hello, I’m Kate, Lead Teacher and Forest School Co-ordinator at Serenity Pathways. Throughout my teaching career I have believed in the importance of developing positive and supportive relationships with the young people in my care. I believe every child should feel safe, valued, and supported in order to achieve their full potential and aim to create learning opportunities that are focused on their personal interests and needs. I especially believe in taking young people outdoors to show them the beauty of nature and share the opportunities it provides for learning, empathy and making connections. Outside of work, I am a keen sports fan, especially rugby and netball, and love taking long walks with my dog then unwinding with a book or film.

SENCO
Sam
Hello, I’m Sam, SENCO at Serenity Pathways. I am also a qualified Early Years Practitioner with over 10 years’ experience supporting children with a wide range of needs. I am committed to ensuring every learner receives the right support to reach their full potential. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my children, looking after my three dogs, and relaxing with my children.
